The room was cozy, though a bit smaller than expected. I loved the included tea bags, and the clean bed was a delight. Being so close to the hot water system was a plus, and i appreciated the recreational opportunities available.

I had a lovely long weekend at this hotel. The location was fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

Low cost hotel.

Possibly the best and good stay for two nights as a crash pad. Efficient staff, always with a smile. Comfy beds in our small room. Marvellous location to West End. And near carpet queen victoria, all key attractions and a superb restaurant.

The location is unbeatable! Just a quick bus ride to central London. Room was basic but clean. Only downside was the thin walls, could hear everything from neighboring rooms. a decent budget stay. 😊

Very friendly staff. Excellent location, close to pubs, food & wine shops and supermarket. Less than two minutes walk to Pimlico underground station.

The kindness of the guy serving breakfast.

The room was in very nice condition: newly painted, new windows and clean. The staff was nice. Have in mind that they take a fee for keeping your luggage if you go home later than the check out. We had to pay £10 for them to keep our 3 luggages from check out at 10.30 till 17.00. Normally this is free in other hotels. This will not keep me from booking at this hotel again though. Because the overall experience was nice in comparison to the price.
